What is “Person Centered Care”
Person Centered Care means putting you in charge of your care. You are the leader of a team of nurses, aides, cooks, therapists, housekeepers, social workers and doctors. The team works as helpers and guides you along your personal path, but everyone on the team understands that you are the leader.
Can someone with Alzheimer’s or Dementia live at Tapestry Senior Living?
Absolutely. Tapestry has a number of specially designed memory care neighborhoods where residents can get the specialized care they need in a safe and secure setting.
Is transportation provided at Tapestry?
Yes.  Regularly scheduled transportation is provided via our “Tapestry Shuttle”. Transportation and escort to personal appointments and errands is also available.
Do you have a nurse on site 24/7?
Yes, unlike some other facilities, Tapestry has a nurse on site 24/7. We feel the extra level of staffing is vital given the importance of our mission.
Do you offer respite care?
Yes, If you would like to arrange a temporary respite stay in our fully furnished suite, don’t hesitate to call. We can coordinate all aspects of your stay. Emergency respites may be available on short notice.
May I bring my own furnishings to the apartment?
Absolutely. Your Tapestry Suite is unfurnished so please bring your own furnishings.
Can Tapestry furnish my apartment?
Yes, we do offer room groupings that are specially selected to work with each suite. Just contact us for pricing information and available options.
Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?
We are sorry, but we only accept private pay.
When will you be open?
