As a Tapestry resident, you will receive a complimentary initial personal care evaluation by our on-site clinical care team. This evaluation will identify your needs for assistance in your daily activities.

If your needs reach beyond our standard Assisted Living licensure for personal care levels of service, we can provide additional services under our specialty licenses (LNS license) for a separate fee. We will provide a periodic evaluation as your needs change.

Together with the resident, family, physician, and staff; we will work with you to customize a personalized care plan.

Included In All Personal Care Levels

  • 24-Hour personal care staff on-site to assist with your needs

Nursing Care

24-hour care staff supervised by a Registered Nurse. Additional fees apply. Additional customized plans are available. Personalized care levels and additional specialty clinical services are not included in the monthly rental fee. Personalized care levels do not include any private duty extended care services.
